Terms of Business

Order Quantity?
As we mainly intend to have cooperation with furniture wholesaler and furniture retailer, NO minimum order accepted  but shipping cost paid by customers.and For order 1 container of furniture products, Our price is FOB Semarang Port-Central Java-Indonesia.

Price Terms?
Our furniture prices are based on FOB Semarang Port, but we welcome if you prefer to have CIF terms. Please ask our marketing team for CIF inquiry

Days of Delivery?
60 days for first initial/trial furniture order after receiving deposit payment. Afterwards, 4x40' containers can be shipped every month based on regular order

Payment Terms?
50% deposit should be wired upon order confirmation, and 50% must be paid at the time of before loading furniture in to container.

we will inform the update progress of customers order,so every customer know the update condition of their furniture orders exactly.

Freight Forwarder?
Customers is free to choose their trustee freight forwarder, or we can find the best price of frieght forwarder in Indonesia.

Order Cancelation?
No refund on order cancelation.
